Distance Sales Contract

This Distance Sales Contract has been prepared in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Article 1 — Parties

Article 2 — Subject of Contract
This contract governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of natural herbal supplement products ordered electronically through treros.com, in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Article 3 — Product Information
Products are natural herbal dietary supplements under the TrEros brand. Products are not medicines and may not be used for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease. Essential characteristics, prices, and quantities are displayed to the buyer before order completion.
Article 4 — Order and Payment
Orders are placed electronically via treros.com, and payment is processed through PayTR Payment Services A.Ş. via a 256-bit SSL encrypted connection. Credit cards, debit cards, and other PayTR-supported payment methods are accepted. Card details are not stored by the seller.
Article 5 — Delivery
Products are delivered within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from order confirmation. Average delivery: Turkey 1-3 business days; Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia 2-4 business days; Europe 3-7 business days. Shipping is free on all orders.
Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason and without incurring any penalties. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Article 7 — Refund
Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal and receipt of the returned product by the seller, the payment amount shall be refunded to the buyer within 14 (fourteen) days. The refund shall be made via the original payment method.
Article 8 — Dispute Resolution
Turkish law applies to disputes arising from this contract. Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent for disputes within statutory value limits; Istanbul (Anadolu) Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices are competent for disputes exceeding such limits.
Article 9 — Entry into Force
This contract enters into force when the buyer checks the 'I have read and approve the Contract' option or completes the order at checkout.
